unprofessional action front desk
The lobby is indeed magnificent. Rooms are luxurious.
I extended my stay and discovered an overcharge of approximately $300 compared to the phone rate I received. At the front desk, Kanchalika merely noted it instead of rectifying the discrepancy, this action felt unprofessional. It hardly reflects a 5-star hotel.

Really good Comfort and Service
really good care refined approach quick responses
The staff showed really good care. Their refined approach was evident everywhere, in the lobby, at the restaurant, and even during room service interactions! Communication was excellent, and I received quick responses to all requests through WhatsApp. It was the best hotel stay I've experienced.
